Featured New Releases:

Kendrick Lamargood kid, m.A.A.d city

Kendrick Lamar follows in a long line of west coast rappers who have carved a line of legendary proportions in the game. That’s quite a bit of pressure for the 25-year-old, but luckily he has a little help from his friends by way of Dr. Dre & Drake on guest vocals alongside Pharrell and Just Blaze among others on production. His songs are laced with allusions to his upbringing in Los Angeles and reflective of an artist with easily 10 more years of experience than Lamar. Believe the hype – this good kid is going places.

Gary Clark Jr.Blak And Blu

Gary Clark Jr. has had an astronomical rise playing very niche guitar-driven blues, calling attention to the genre and gathering acclaim through its critics and providing an entry point for newcomers who have picked up on his buzz. The accessibility of “Bright Lights,” and his constant presence at nearly every major festival have made Clark a topic of discussion for this highly anticipated release. He is poised to be amongst the respected legends of blues, converting followers on his current tour through November.

Swedish House MafiaUntil Now

Swedish House Mafia may be going out, but certainly not without a fight (or at least, a lot of celebration) The iconic electronic trio has decided to part ways and are doing so in phases that have extended back to 2011 when the first single from Until Now, “Save the World,” hit, followed by the smash tracks, “Anecdote,” “Greyhound,” and “Don’t You Worry Child.” They kick off their final and mostly sold out arena tour in November in Dubai, crossing the globe through March 2013 and finishing out at a soon-to-be-announced and sure-to-be-epic final show.
