This does not work. The upgrade offer is available, I can select and choose “buy” but the system won’t recognize I have a wallet on my account. Tech support has had me add and remove and re add and they see everything as fine but the upgrade won’t take. 2 hours of working with Sony and it cannot be done. Please fix.

    Sony called me back and said, because my subscription ended 8 hours prior to me calling in for support, I don’t qualify? Said I should have clicked the extension prior to my annual subscription ending. I asked if they would give me a break and they said no. Told me to click the $9.99 if I want to continue my music service. Unfortunately the terms and conditions include expired. Someone please help – I love this service and would like to continue.
